We strive to create and support community in everything we do and aim for excellence in all of our operations. To wit, our forests are internationally recognized as model bio-diverse environments, supported by our management approaches in sustainable forest planning and forestry. Our accommodations operations have achieved the highest ratings and Super Host recognition four times over 18 months in operation. Our food operations rest on a community of artisans who we have in the areas of honey production, pastured livestock, market gardening, cut flowers and botanicals, wild apple cider, nature filmography, wild life management, tourism and many small enterprises. Community and excellence.

We are the owners and operators of Ladybank Farm and Schoolhouse, a multifaceted farm and accommodations enterprise founded on the goals and practices of regenerative farming, accommodations excellence, and culinary tourism.

Our farming and forestry management practices rest on 4 main goals: maintaining and improving biodiversity, improving soils, enriching and protecting forests and hedgerows, and fostering kinship in sustainable food production.

Our accommodation/venue operations centers around our restored 144 year old schoolhouse which we lease/rent to vacationing visitors, work travelers, and a variety of groups.

The two operations combine to create opportunities for individuals and groups to stay, celebrate, unwind, and enjoy a rural farm setting, with connections to local food and tourism experiences. We offer the farm and schoolhouse as venues for small intimate events to those who wish to take a hands on approach to planning their occasion.
